There is a lot of documents and forms that go along with proper Benefits Administration. There are required notices for COBRA, Exchange Notice’s, HIPAA, ACA, ERISA and the DOL. There are enrollment forms, waiver forms, Summary Benefit Comparison’s (SBC’s), Carrier Benefit Summaries, Wrap Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD’s), Certificates of Coverage, claim forms, beneficiary forms for life insurance and retirement plans,  401 (k) investment election forms, etc. Employers and employees need a place to store and manage all these documents in once place. This is exactly why we have created a benefits resource Library called ‘My Benefits’. As part of our service to you we will provide your organization access to our ‘My Benefits’ portal, which is a customized webpage for your company containing all the resources listed above in order to organize these documents and make the HR process as simple as possible.
