This web site is presented by John W. Kelley – Insurance Broker also DBA Kelley Insurance & Financial (KI&F). The use of KI&F hereafter refers to both John W. Kelley – Insurance Broker and Kelley Insurance & Financial. Except for authenticated secure areas where you will be prompted for login information in order to gain access, this site is for the use of our clients, individuals, businesses and the general public. You may use the information, materials, tools and services contained in this site only if you accept and agree to abide by the terms, conditions and undertakings, agreements, limitations and restrictions contained in these ‘terms of service’. KI&F makes no representation or warranties that insurance coverage applied for will be issued. Final approval and rates for insurance products are determined by normal underwriting guidelines and practices of the company applied to. Final rates for ‘Employee Benefit Plans’ are determined by the ‘actual enrollment’ and the rates in effect at the time that the enrollment is completed and submitted to the applicable company.

All plans and all companies, are not available in all States. Be sure to check with us regarding the availability of a company or product in your State.

Every effort has been made to provide you with correct, current and accurate information regarding insurance and investment products, rates, etc. However, products and rates are subject to change without notice by the company offering the product. Therefore, please check with us at the time you are ready to apply for coverage or make your investment, to be certain the quoted rates are still in effect.

Applicable Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules.

The information collected in our quote request forms is encrypted with the highest security. We ask for the information on our quote forms so that we may provide you with the service, or rate quote request you desire. We do not share, exchange, sell or otherwise market any of the private information you share with us. All paperwork containing sensitive and/or private information is destroyed with industrial shredders on the premises.

General summaries of site traffic can be monitored, however this is simply general information about visits to the site and does not include any detailed information regarding the visitor.
