The following Dental plan is available to all eligible permanent employees. Coverage is effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Enrollment must be completed within the MetLife systems with 30 days of your hire, or eligibility date.
Qualified Life Events (QLE’s) such as a marriage, birth/adoption of a child, loss of other coverage, divorce, death, etc. must be reported within 30 days from the date of the event. Employees with QLE’s must report the event to the HR department and make any applicable changes to their current enrollment(s) within the 30 day time frame. Otherwise you must wait for the next Open Enrollment period.
