WHC offers a Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account or FSA that is administered by The 125 Company to all eligible permanent employees. The effective date for the FSA is the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Enrollment must be completed within 30 days of your hire, or eligibility date.
If you are enrolled in the HealthyBlue Advantage HSA plan with CareFirst BC/BS you may only have a ‘Limited FSA’ for eligible dental and vision expense reimbursements. Medical & Prescription Drug FSA reimbursements are not permitted while you are participating in a HSA plan.
