VOLUNTARY VISION INSURANCE
Voluntary Vision coverage is also offered by Access Interpreting, Inc. through United HealthCare. This line of coverage is not on DC Health Link and is direct with United HealthCare.
Therefore, an enrollment form must be completed and submitted to the HR Department within 30 days of your date of hire – or within 30 days after a Qualified Life Event.
Premiums for this coverage will be deducted from your payroll on a semi-monthly pre-tax basis.
Semi-Monthly Payroll Deductions are as follows:
Employee Only – $3.21
Employee & Child(ren) – $7.12
Employee & Adult – $6.09
Employee & Family – $10.03
